SGAL Gallery Script
For you artists seeking to create a portfolio website, I have yet another script source I just came across, courtesy of my friend, DC.
It’s called SGAL, and it appears to be a pretty amazing, free gallery script.

It looks like a great alternative to Gallery Menalto for those that don’t need as many features, but are rather seeking a script that is slick looking and easy-to-use, which I know happens to be case for many if not most artists.
The script doesn’t require a MySQL database, and is an “include-able” script that can be integrated into any kind of website. Plus, it comes with a number of ready-made template designs for those of you who are less web savvy.
This is definitely one of the best script solutions I’ve seen for gallery websites, and I really encourage all my artist friends to give it a try.
